FOR 3 AND 4 YEAR OLDS

piou-piou CLUB 

The esf Val Cenis instructors welcome your 3 or 4 year olds in a secure designated area at the foot of the slopes whether it is their first or second year skiing. 

The instructors use fun and educational material that allow children to experience skiing for the first time at their own pace, while playing. 

The Maison des Enfants is based at each of our lesson meeting points (Val Cenis le Haut, Lanslevillard, Plan des Champs and Lanslebourg) and can take care of your children before or after their ski lessons. 

Childcare options, lunch and afternoon outdoor activities are proposed as options after having chosen the ski lessons.

AS WELL AS THE SKI EQUIPMENT, DON'T FORGET:

  • Warm, waterproof clothing with dry socks and ski shoes;
  • Necessary under garments according to the weather (dress your children how you would dress yourself to ski but remember they are less active);
  • Warm hat or helmet (strongly advised); 
  • Gloves or mittens; 
  • Applied sun cream, sunglasses or goggles;
  • The health information and contact sheet for the childcare centre PLEASE BRING VACCINATION RECORDS TO SHOW THE STAFF
  • And a big kiss before leaving your children in our capable hands...

The afternoon Piou Piou Club incorporates 3 activities : skiing, fun without skis, and a snack-break (please provide the snack). 2.5 hrs on skis is too long for 3 and 4 year olds, so the idea is not to put them off skiing, but that they enjoy the sessions as much as possible!
